Training, certification, coaching, education and consulting in hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching and related information offered and presented by The Mind Academy is not provided or intended to medically diagnose or prescribe for medical or psychological conditions nor claim to prevent, cure, mitigate such conditions. Nor does The Mind Academy recommend specific interventions or techniques or sessions as sole treatment for disease or to provide medical diagnosis, care, treatment or rehabilitation of individuals.

As a training provider and not a professional association all information is provided for education purposes only. Any legal requirements to practice, be insured, ethical guidelines and certification standards are provided through the relevant professional associations.

By participating in training, certification and education offered by The Mind Academy, you agree not to hold The Mind Academy, or it's trainers liable for any injuries or damages incurred as a result of reliance on or compliance with information presented by them.

By agreeing to learn, experience or receive any Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, NLP or Coaching, you agree that it is subject to your own interpretation. You fully accept and assume all responsibility for all matters arising out of your participation, you waive all manner of claims of any nature that you may have, whether in negligence or otherwise, as a consequence of any participation with The Mind Academy.

Any information provided by The Mind Academy is intended to offer insight and education and in no way constitutes legal, financial, professional, medical or physical advice for which a professional licence is required.

The Mind Academy, it's trainers and directors do not claim that Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, NLP or Coaching is a substitute for medications, surgeries, radiation or other conventional medical interventions, and we encourage you to get regular medical exams and talk to your doctor or other health professional about what treatment is best for you. We also always recommend that you always use all information presented, or any other healing or personal development tool with common sense and under the care of your health care professional.

As a participant of This Mind Academy training you also state that you are not under the care or guidance of any psychiatric professional, or are using prescribed anti-psychotic medications. If so you do hereby agree to inform The Mind Academy of this matter immediately and provide a written letter from your primary health care stating suitability to attend.

As a participant of any Mind Academy training you do declare that you will NOT use or operate any form of recording device or apparatus throughout the entirety of your course, and if found to be doing so agree to the immediate destruction of such materials.

The Mind Academy courses contain adult themes, adult humour and adult language. There will be concepts, opinions and ideas that may differ from yours. There will be talk, discussion, processes and real world case studies around topics such as trauma, abuse and other aspects of life that may be triggering or confronting for some. If you are someone who would consider any of this to be problematic we advise that you have been forewarned and this course is likely unsuitable.

It is understood and accepted that this training program is not a Government (ASQA) Qualification. However it is a recognised training via Professional Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching bodies and therefore will afford me the option of memberships with and insurance through such bodies.
