I had a dream that didn’t make sense to anyone around me.
I was living in London, on the breadline, in squats—and yet I had this vision that I would one day live by the beach, in the subtropics, free from the fear of mental health concerns. Free in my mind. Free in my life.
It was completely disconnected from my reality - but using the very tools I now teach - it came true.
I built a career working at the deepest level of human behaviour and change. I’ve spent over 10,000 hours with clients, advised Olympians and world-class performers, created government accredited programs, and even had a 15-episode Discovery Channel TV series.
What once felt impossible became my normal. And it can for you too—with the right steps.
